It depends on which workflow features you wish to use.
The Premium plan allows Email, SMS, and push notification workflow rules.
If you want to use Reports, Change Data, and Webhook workflow rules you need to be on the Pro plan.

Thanks for your response. Ive been very jittery on Appsheet pricing lately. Had to cancel a project 80% in because the plan shifted to PRO at double the cost. Project required 50 users which was too much for the client
I believe AS will get more users if some of the features are left available to premium users…

What does your app need to do that requires you to upgrade? Perhaps someone can offer an alternative.
