Does anybody know if its possible to get Appsheet to scan a business card and add the name, phone number and email to eg Google docs?

Do you mean blank business card where you would like to add these values?

sorry if I was vague Aleksi, no I meant a normal business card, which could be scanned by OCR and then the scanned details added automatically to the correct fields.

There are systems in play store

which do this, adding the data into Google docs. I was hoping appsheet had a scanning capability which would be much preferable to taking a photo of the business card.
