Dropdown calling multiple row and tick box

I have 3 columns
Material Type Name Availability
Fruits Apple Y/N
Fruits Mango Y/N
Vegetable Onion Y/N
Vegetable Chilli Y/N

Material type should be a dropdown.If i click Fruits i want all fruits to be listed row wise and mark them as Y/N against them.

Update: something in this format is needed.
A date with a drop-down and tick box setup.
Drop-down should call it’s related values.
Please guide me

For Material Type you should use an Enum column type in case the list is fixed. If the list may change in the future, then it’s better to store the Material Type names into another table, and link them.
