I have a dropdown list for daily appointments for every 30min. Now how can disable the option for an appointment when reaches the maximum number of 3 appointments per option?

i have another question.
i want to create a reservations app. now i want to desable the option of one hour when is full the reservations.

for example:

i have reservations,

1. 17:00
2. 17:30
3. 18:00… etc
   and every hour can have max 3 reservations . when the 3 reservations are complete i want to disable the option of this hour .

how can i do that?
