Dropdown list valid if

hey everyone
i want dropdown list of table A column in table C,

table C is child table of tabe B

if that item entry is done once in this date and this shift it should be not show again in drop down field untill the parent date and shift is same,

ultimately i want only that item which still remain for add record.
