Dynamic work flow report page size

Hi,

Does anybody knows if i can create a dynamic work flow report page size?
The main purpose of this is to prevent unnecessary wastage on paper. I want my work flow report to be printed on A5 paper if it can fit inside A5 paper without changing font size. Otherwise, i want it to be printed on A4 paper.

This is what i have tried:

1. Send a work flow report with “Landscape” on “A5” page size.
2. I am able to print out this on A5 paper.
3. However, when the content is getting a lot, it will print on second paper. No matter what i have tried, it just doesn’t print on A4 paper with “Potrait” view.

If anybody can help me on this, i really appreciate.

Hi, this is not possible dynamically. One way is if you create some kind of criteria like length of the text, how many columns are filled etc. and then depending on that criteria trigger either A4 or A5 workflow action.

That sounds like a good idea. May i know where should i create the criteria?(Workflow action?)

Yes, you could create two different actions in your Workflow rule,
