Dynamically adjust the slice of each view in the Dashboard

I have two different APPS, both with a Dashboard view, however I noticed the one allows a user to adjust the size of each slice on the dashboard by clicking and dragging, while the other APP doesn’t allow for this, and I can not seem to locate the settings options for this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Just in case it helps.

My testing showed that in dark mode ( the second app picture you have shared) , the icon indication with which one can stretch the view is not clearly visible as you have righly observed.

However once I placed the mouse cursor near the edge, the slanted navigation arrow ( ⤡) became visible and I could rearrange the view to the required size.

Unfortunately not, I tried turning it back to light mode, and it still appears to be locked /:
