Edit Detail UX Forms

In a Detail view there is the default Button to Edit the detail. Is there a way to add a second button that will open a different UX Form with specific fields to edit?

I created a UX Form, and an action to do this: “App: Open a form to edit this row”
However, I’m not seeing where I can specify which UX Form to open for editing. Also, I don’t see how to limit Action icon to only be visible in a specific Detail view?
