Email are receiving to me by an hour or more delay

@Ethan_U : Thanks for letting us know. I’ll dig deeper into why it is happening. Can you please paste the Show Original for the email that was delivered late? We’ll try and dig deeper. Also please indicate when it was sent so that we can compare it in the backend. Can you please send it to saikp@google.com.

Today, emails from my tests seem to be coming through normally.

Me too have this problem with Pdf attachment.

When I attached a email workflow with attached Pdf I received the email very slow and sometimes never receive at all.

Could someone check as when I tried not using any design in the Pdf it works. But when I started to design the Pdf page it does not work.

I can’t put a logo in my Pdf too.

@Sai hello we experienced significant delays again last night printing from a pdf workflow. We print inventory sheets nightly and of the 7 total lists, 3 printed in a normal time approximately 30 seconds, however the other 4 took 10 more minutes. The end user invoked the workflow again thinking it might have been their error and we had multiple duplicates printing as a result.

@Ethan_U : Thanks for providing me with the emails. I started digging deeper into the logs. One quick question. You said that you experienced delays last night as well. Can you please tell me the time line of the workflows last night? Just trying to match something in the backend.

I am see issue again, was doing some workflow testing and email are delayed again. here are the stamped at which they were trigged and order i received them

Still waiting for a couple for to come in that I triggered

@Adam_Grunys : Just to confirm, this is EST time that we are seeing in the screenshot right? I am looking in the backend logs to see if I can find anything

mine are still delayed for up to 20 minutes please let me know if you need any more info. this is a key issue for us

Hi @Ethan_U , There was some internal issue during that time because of which many emails got delayed. Can you please tell me if you still see this issue? We have made some changes in the backend which should alleviate the issue.

I tested a few times and it seems to be ok for now Sai. One thing I noticed is that I use Spark as an email client and I ran a few tests side by side with the Apple Mail client which performed better. One test excluded an email which Apple showed so I’ll be notifying Spark of the issue. Perhaps multiple emails from a sender can be missed in their client?

Absolutely! Troubleshooting email is often difficult because of all the moving parts.
