Email Attachment server error

I’m getting the following error with a workflow. I have page setup the same for both the workflow and the templates, however I keep getting this in return. Has anyone seen this? Thanks!
Error:

Additionally it will show success in the logs but won’t send, or at least I’m not receiving it.

This error is also occurring here, when generating a PDF that is saved in google drive …
We cannot generate reports !!! PLEASE HELP !!
