Email Body template

Hello,

I have an email body template and have two issues.

1. When the email is sent, there is a big gap (white spaces) before the email content starts.

2. The deep link does not appear properly. It was appearing properly when the link was sent from the email body (without email body template). The link appears as below in the email.

Please help solve.
