Email condition

I have set a BOT for email, wherein there are 5 condition, where i have created 5 bots each. when i make changes to one, rest of them also gets updated with the same details and condition. wherein i want diffrent condition for all the other BOTS.
And also if i want to exclude some colums from that condition.
