Email no sending to Certain G Suite accounts using workflow rule

We have complaints from users that do not receive emails delivered using a workflowrule.
Me made many test cheking audit history in AppSheet and Email Log Search in the G Suite Admin Console and could no find any received or rejected record on the email account.
I tried to find the “EmailTaskResult” property in the Audit history but I was not able.
The sample G Suite account is 5656@escuelasanpedro.com.
