Email Not Getting Received

We are not getting email from workflow.

Hi, may I ask what is the error message you are receiving if you check the Audit history?

There is no audit history for the last 4-5 hrs, however we have done a lot of transactions in the last 4 hrs.

Can confirm; having the same issue as of this morning. PDFs are not being emailed as attachment or archived.

Does this issue only impact PDF creation or CSV creation as well?

The problem is with the third-party service AppSheet uses to generate PDF files. I wouldn’t expect CSV-fike generation to be affected. If you’re seeing problems with CSV generation, please contact
