Email workflow not being received by intended recipient


I’m having a similar issue to the one encountered by the May '19 post entitled “Email Workflow Some of emails didn’t receive the report”. One recipient is not receiving the report at all, even though the email address is correct. Is there any way I can find out if there have been any bouncebacks?


Our IT Manager wants to know if Appsheets supports email read-receipts as apposed to sent confirmation only, to ensure the email recipients have read the email. Is there a feature or strategy regarding email read-receipts?
