Email Workflow stopped working

Hi,

I have an email workflow that send me an email when a new row is added or updated. It has stopped working - first it changed to just “on update” and after I changed it back it produces the error below in the log and I’m not sure what the “no matching processes” refers too. The workflow has been working for months.
