Enable hiding of upper & lower menu while scrolling (for more rows in tab view in landscape mode on smartphone)

Dear AppSheet team,

it would be great to have additional the option of hiding the upper and lower menu/bar while scrolling (down f.e.). That would increase the visible amount of rows within the table view.
Especially when there are tabs, not much content is shown now, especially in the landscape mode on the smartphone.
