Entering Data in a table with the help of other data from other tables

Hi, I would like to enter data in a product table. Products have some main categories in a table called *MainCategory. Each Main category Product has its sub categories in tables like SubCategory1, SubCategory2 etc. Each Sub category Product has its categories in tables like Category1.1, Category1.2…, Category2.1, Category2.2… etc.

During entering data if I select Main Category from dropdown (It is not a problem), I want it will automatically popup/show/select relevant Sub Category list in next option. After selecting Sub Category, I want it will automatically popup/show/select relevant Category list in next option.

Is it possible?
