Enum doesnt appear on edit

I have an app which is connected to a google spreadsheet, the app has 3 “yes/no” buttons and 1 enum dropdown, the problem is that the enum option appears in the app but when i click in edit the enum disappears, the columns doesnt show up. If anyone can help me solve that i would be grateful.

Where is the app are you referring to that you see the enum?
