Enum list reference

Is there any way to create reference table by using enum list from reference

I try to use “LIST” , “SELECT” and " FILTER" but the result appear as one column without reference

I dont want to add the column one by one by using “ref” Type column

Please help me

Are you trying to create multiple child-records at once, by saving a single, parent-form?
