I am not completely clear on what you mean. We do have the ability to force EnumList into the dropdown which uses checkboxes. I assume you already know that.

So do you mean to show checkboxes immediately - i.e. no dropdown required?

Exactly - the check boxes on the form, listed out as you would see if you used the “Stack” option, except that they’re not buttons - they have check boxes.

Just a different rendering of the same functionality; IMHO checkboxes on the form (without the dropdown) would look cleaner than the stack buttons.

Yes, I would like to have the checkbox too.
Somehow users have been trained to check the box
and those choices need to be displayed on the form.
Most users are too lazy to click dropdown then check the box.
