Error 1409834 App Did not load Succesfully

Dear masters

I already try this apps for more than 1month

1. i made appsheet from my existing data in google sheet
2. i can input data
3. i can edit perform
4. some day i can’t input and refresh data
   (it happent : Error 1409834 App Did not load Succesfully.
   Please contact the app creator)

and i can’t use this apps and open in my web and android

What shuold i do ?
please help me
