Error copying app

Hi everyone!

When making a copy (Manage/Author/Copy app) after a long while, I get the following error:

What’s this? What’s causing it?

Are there a large number of files in this apps folder?

Google sheet backend is only 27% used. There are a lot of Format Rules, though. Around 70 of them!

We have an app that has a large number of files associated with it and that causes a timeout error whenever I try to copy the app because it attempts to make a copy of all the files that an app has when copying the app. As far as I have found nothing in an app itself will cause an error on the copying an app.
Contacting support@appsheet.com can get you a better explanation of what that error is, since it is not readable to an end user.
