Error displaying images and signature in workflow generated PDF

Hello community, I hope you can help me, for a couple of days, I have the following error:

When a photo is captured from the camera, it is recorded correctly.
I can view from the application, but when generating the PDF file through a workflow, only rectangles are shown, which when clicking opens the image in another tab.

Previously it worked fine, and I have not made any modifications to the workflow.

The source sheet is in smartsheet, and even there I can correctly display the image.

Hi Steve, I already did, but I still have no answer.
I thought maybe something I’m doing wrong, or know if someone had that problem how they fixed it
