Error: Login failed for user 'jdbadmin'

I am trying to add an enum value to a column.
Pretty straightforward process.

I receive this error:
Login failed for user ‘jdbadmin’.

Does anyone know what this means? the “More info” section says:
ERROR NORMALIZATION

Meaning
The app definition contains an invalid value.

Likely Cause
You may have edited the application using the editor and entered an invalid value.

But its a base type text enum column so inserting two words should not be considered invalid right?

Just refresh your browsers and it will go away. I believe it’s temporary communication issue with the API.
@Phil can you have a check on this?

Refreshing the browser shoud be enough.
