Hey,
I want to simultaneously add value of column name [sample result] along with message.

It should read out like this inappropriate ward selected.kindly select the proper ward as the sample result is [sample result]

You may want to share more details but in general your error message could be something like

CONCATENATE( "Inappropriate ward selected, kindly select the proper ward,for example as in sample result- ", [Sample result])
