We are currently seeing the following “Error Paying Invoice” error message when we try to pay our latest invoice.
We don’t think it’s an issue with the card - we see the small transactions go through when we connect the credit card, and we don’t see any issues like a hold on the card when we try to make the invoice payment.
My questions are:
- What might be the causes of this error message?
- How can we address this and pay our bill?
