"Error Paying Invoice" Billing Issue


We are currently seeing the following “Error Paying Invoice” error message when we try to pay our latest invoice.

We don’t think it’s an issue with the card - we see the small transactions go through when we connect the credit card, and we don’t see any issues like a hold on the card when we try to make the invoice payment.

My questions are:

  1. What might be the causes of this error message?
  2. How can we address this and pay our bill?
