Normally the “Quota” error means that there has been too many requests at the same time. Do you have lot of users using the app at the same time?

at the time of the error, only 2 users used the application according to statistics. Therefore, I do not understand where this error comes from. Could it be that someone from the users on the device has a virus that makes many requests without his knowledge? but then it would be reflected in the statistics of your system, but it is not.

When you check the Audit history, do you see lot of interactions at that time?

little interaction, very high duration

I am experiencing the same issue. I have a log of multiple users attempting to sync but unable to do so do to
"Unable to add/edit/delete row in table 'Info'. → {\"error_summary\": \"too_many_requests/..\", \"error\": {\"reason\": {\".tag\": \"too_many_requests\"}, \"retry_after\": 15}}"
Is there a way to pause/queue syncs from users as an administrative control, so that I may force the clients to sync one-by-one?

Nope.

If you haven’t already done so, I encourage you to engage support@appsheet.com for help with this.

Fixed the issue by closing my “Excel for the web” browser tab for Dropbox edit.

Yep, that’ll do it…

Look another practical example of the case, Excel + Appsheet is not good combination.

This always rages me out
