Error retrieving file / Cache entry not found

Hi all,

I’m getting an error code that I cannot seem to resolve when clicking a file link within my app. I generated the .PDF with a workflow and confirmed that it is in my google drive. I also played with the file path to try and troubleshoot but I cannot seem to figure it out. I have a similar app that uses the exact same process to retrieve a file and it has no issues. Any ideas?

I do have exactly same problem as yours.
I have exiting app, which do have the exactly same set up to get access to pdf file on cloud ,and using the exactly same syntax on the another app, and encountering the same error message. Likely a bug.

Is this happening for all records or just few of them?
