Error syncing: File not found

I have multiple users, only one user has this problem: can’t sync. The error message says can not add/edit/delete in table → File not found

I had him show changes, so I got all 60 pages of data but it won’t sync. I had him download another app - a new spreadsheet, etc to start from scratch but the same problem exists. Any ideas?
