Error: trying to save version ... of the app. Discard your changes and refresh

Sometimes, I get this error message, because AppSheet gets stuck updating/saving changes, and I refresh the browser. There is no other option, because it gets stuck for long time.

For example, in my case: when AppSheet got stuck, I simply created a new table, and AppSheet got stuck creating the new table.

After refreshing I get the error in the screenshot. No other browsers or tabs are open.

How to ‘Discard your changes and refresh the app editor’ ? There no button to press to discard changes.

Currently using latest version of chrome.
