Error updating cell(s) in Smartsheet

hi guys,
I’ve connected my smartsheet table with appsheet & after changing the appsheet form & saving it, sync is failing and receiving this error: Value is not supported for this column type. Use objectValue instead. → Error updating cell(s) in Smartsheet

What is the name, value and type of the column, row and cell in both smartsheet and appsheet?

There are some reserved fields in smartsheet that cannot be edited in AppSheet, yet the appsheet UI (both design and usage) may not prevent it, thus causing an error.

yep this worked. i was trying to change the column name from appsheet instead of the source(smartsheet). learning as i build this.
