Error with transferring app to another Microsoft account

I have two Microsoft accounts and have two AppSheet accounts associated with each one. Today was the first time that I tried transferring the app from one account to the other. And it worked in that it took the app from one account and put it in the other. However, I’m getting an error (see attached) of not having a valid Microsoft account…and yet I’m logged into it. I tried downloading a sample app from AppSheet and it works fine…so I wonder if anyone else has had a similar problem when transferring an app.

Did the first owner has shared the app folders to the 2nd owner? (I.e.: new owner have access to all app documentation)
