Error with transferring app to another Microsoft account

I have two Microsoft accounts and have two AppSheet accounts associated with each one. Today was the first time that I tried transferring the app from one account to the other. And it worked in that it took the app from one account and put it in the other. However, Iโ€™m getting an error (see attached) of not having a valid Microsoft accountโ€ฆand yet Iโ€™m logged into it. I tried downloading a sample app from AppSheet and it works fineโ€ฆso I wonder if anyone else has had a similar problem when transferring an app.

Did the first owner has shared the app folders to the 2nd owner? (I.e.: new owner have access to all app documentation)
