Excel email attachment not open-able

I have a workflow set up to send a spreadsheet that’s populated with info that’s been entered into a form which was working great until yesterday. Now the attachment can only be opened as a .txt file and looks like the attached when opened which is obviously not what the template (saved in OneDrive) looks like

Reports are generated as files with no extensions Questions
