Excel ID Column Not showing

I am using Excel for one of my apps and I have encountered the following issue.

On none of my tables, the ID column is not available.

I need to change the label and I’m stuck

I was filtering the columns by DR_ and ID should have been DR_ID.
Embarrassing!
