Expand the Google Calendar booking form with other fields

Hi all,

i have an App with Google Calendar as data source. I would like to allow my users book an appointment based on free slots in calendar: i see that AppSheet only permit to insert Email address (as “Attendees”) and Description, with other native calendar fields.

I would like to let users give others information such us Name, Surname and other datas. It’s like unify two forms: one from calendar (to book the appointment) and the other based on google form or google sheets.

Is it possibile? How?

You’d need to create a third table with columns that contain the data for the two other tables. When the user goes to edit a calendar entry, redirect the operation to this third table, then copy the results back to the other two tables.
