Exporting all data collected into new google sheets workbook

Hello,

I am trying to use app sheets to take data in the field.
Many of my tables in Appsheet are used in functions in google sheets so are not imported into app sheet.
Is it possible to use app sheets to save all of the tables as a new google sheets worksheet.
To explain more i am hoping to have a seperate workbook for each different project which will be entered in Appsheets.
And i am just using appsheets to populate a google sheets workbook that also has many other things happening behind the scenes.

AppSheet cannot create workbooks or worksheets.

One option is to use google apps script.
