Exporting to CSV from Inline results in all rows being exported (including filtered out rows)

I concatenated several ID’s into one column when storing it into the database. When I fetch data, I split the text into their ID’s and use a list to display all of the referenced rows. What is strange is that only the X amount of rows appear in the inline, but the button that says “View(X)” shows the total amount of rows in the table. When I export to CSV from the Inline, all rows get exported.
