Expression for UX - Options - Starting View is evaluating correctly but wrong form loads

The launcher form loads even though, when I test, it evaluates correctly. I am NOT in the USERS table.

Any idea what I might have changed to stop this from working? It has been working, now it doesn’t work in the editor or on my phone.

I turned off: The app can start when offline

and it seems to be working. I don’t see why that would make a difference since I am online. Any ideas?

I’d guess it has something to do with the expected reliability of USEREMAIL() when the device is offline. Just a guess, though.
