File/directory URL links in Detail Views.

So in a Table View, directories or files that are URLs show up nicely as just a clickable icon (see top of my attachment).

However when clicking on the entry and going to the Detail View the same field shows the URL as well as the icon.

Am I missing something or is this a bug?

Could you use the option “IsHyperLink”? Then you can show a different text for that link.

I suppose I could try something like that, however the question remains as to how to control in Appsheets when a File/Directory field displays as a clickable “link” icon (without a column title) vs a full URL.

You certainly need the latter in the form when editing however having it also in the Detail View seems sort of arbitrary.
