File Thumbnail when files collected through Google Forms

I have a google form which collects Images, Is it possible to upload those Photos/Images into the AppSheet App whenever there is a new upload? A Thumbnail kind of a thing.

I have mostly found that dynamic Links/URL cannot be displayed in the App but can be linked to open on Clicking.

Please suggest.

Seems like this is still the situation. Can't imagine why the lack of interoperability
