I created a field of type VARCHAR(255) in my SQL database that is supposed to store what I presume would be a URL of a Google Drive file that is configured as a file type field in Appsheet. When I proceed to create a new entry into my table and select a file from my computer (browser session) I receive a SQL error stating that the character length is too long for my database field.
Can anyone provide some clarity on the process of file type fields in AppSheet? I would have expected that whatever file is chosen from my computer directory would get added as a resource in the application folder for my Appsheet application and then would store the URL of said Google Drive file in the field, but I was not expecting this URL to be more than 255 characters. Anyone have any insight?
