Form automatically closes after two entries

I have a simple form in appsheet tied to a google sheet which only allows adds. I have a bar code scanner populating an item field, then I have a drop down the user has to select from, and it autopopulates the date, and records the useremail and I have a counter field that is auto set to 1. They scan one item, do the dropdown and the form re-opens. The user scans the second item, does the dropdown and the form closes. Any ideas?
