Form not sending data back to Smartsheet

I have a form in my app that is supposed to send data back to the Smartsheet generating the form. It is not coming back to Smartsheet but it does show when I click on View Data. The source connection seems secure. Iโ€™m not sure where to start troubleshooting. It was working beautifully until recently.

Does View Source take you to the expected spreadsheet?

Yes, but it doesnโ€™t show the new app form entries.

Thatโ€™s very odd! Unfortunately, I have no experience with SmartSheet, so I have no insight to offer there. I suggest you contact support@appsheet.com for help with this.
