For other readers… the table view was using a name BBF6 when the table and view were created in the beginning. Now if you change the generated table view name it will not change the Form and Detail view names. For doing that, you first need to delete these two views. Because they are system generated views, the app will regenerate them and this time those names are the same like APF2_Form.

When you click the to add a row, the form displayed is determined by the table or slice displayed in the table (or deck or gallery) view. Are your table view and form view using the same table or slice?

dear @Steve ,
the name of the form is APF2 , However it is table view. after table view is displayed , the form will be added using “+” symbol. then it is showing wrong form Number.

Instead of writing APF2, try CONCATENATE("APF2) and see if that solves the issue.

tried the same. but no change.

Hi @Aleksi& @Steve
Thank you for the guidance. The issue was solved after deleting the system views.
Thank you again.
