Dear Steve, I tried to put the formula as shown
[Due Date] = TODAY()
It is now working prefect โฆ the date turned into red color as formatted.

If the column is named (Due Date) and I need the formula to show that if the due date exceeded
I tried [Due Date] > Today() it is not allowed
