Format rule for view name

Hi, I was wondering if there’s a way to add a format rule to the view name ‘replies’ so that when a new reply is received to the app it gives an indication on the view name at the bottom that a reply is awaiting to be checked. Either a number or some sort of color indication that something is awaiting in that tab. Is is possible to add any sort of indication to where its marked in red.
