Formatting question on word doc

Is there a way to format an image going into a google doc so it stretches the whole page? i am trying to create a header that changes depending on the company selected in the form. see attached. I would like the header to be the width of the page. Because when I created the banner I made in 8 inches wide, but it shrinks when put in the doc

Not possible to format image depending on condition.

However, you can format it depending on how you want it, tiny or large, according to a pre-determined size you can pick in Format Rules options.
