Formula for 2 conditions

Please help!!!

I have 2 tables “Orders & Products”. In orders table, It has column “Customer name & Product Code 1” while products table has column “Customer name & Product ID (data is as same as product code 1”) & Price".

I want to look up price from the “Products” table “Price” column to show in “Orders” table but there is a problem that Price of the same Product ID is different for different customer.

What will be the app formula for Order table price column? Urgent, pls!!!
