G Suite - Server error

A few users are encountering this error when they log in to our apps. What could be causing it?

“Server error
We are unable to process your request at this time, please try again later.”

URL on your screenshot is nothing to do with AppSheet, but are you prompted to that URL after doing something on AppSheet App?

Yes, when the user logs in it takes them to an additional screen to log in from our organization, and from the there the user is taken to this server error and is unable to ever enter the app.
